You might say that music is in Danny Perdieu's blood. A native of Lynchburg, Virginia, his love of music began at a very early age, and has shaped who he is today. "Music was always a big part of my life."
Danny was influenced by music industry greats spanning multiple genres as he grew up, including Billy Joel, Kenny Loggins, Bruce Hornsby, Neil Diamond, Sam Cooke, Luther Vandross, Elvis Presley and Dan Fogelberg. And you can hear it all in his music. However, it wasn't just their music that struck a chord with him, but their life stories. "The real-life storytelling is what I'm all about."
As for Danny's own music, it's the words and the story of each of his songs that speak the most to him. "Sometimes I can go back and listen to a song I wrote 20 years ago and it still takes me back... I either smile or feel the pain... it's real and sometimes still stings. After a while.... you start to hear the struggle or the pain. Maybe even the love gained or love lost in the lyrics of life.... you just have to pay attention."
Danny arrived on the Nashville music landscape in the summer of 1998. Over his impressive career to date, he has served as tour manager for chart-topping country entertainers including Kellie Pickler, Phil Vassar, Keith Anderson, Jason Michael Carroll, Colton Dixon, Kevin Sharp and Jessica Andrews. He also worked as support act tour manager for music icons Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Taylor Swift, Sugarland, Trace Adkins, Casting Crowns, Toby Mac and Third Day.
Now Danny is ready to start his own musical journey and share his music and songs with the world.
